The preferred trim is advanced with the some extra features such as three-zone automatic climate control, leather upholstery, a heated steering wheel, driver-seat memory settings, heated outboard rear seats, and blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert along with those of the Envision trim.

This trim is eligible for the Driver Confidence package that includes adaptive cruise control, a top-down parking camera system, and forward collision mitigation system with automatic braking.
On one hand where the Envision trim is equipped with only front-wheel drive, the preferred version has the option to choose all-wheel drive while all-wheel drive is installed as standard feature in the Premium and Premium II trims a. Though all Envisions work with six-speed automatic transmission. Other add-ons options available for supporting trims are a panoramic sunroof, side assist steps, a roof rack and a cargo cover.
1) Turbocharged Engine
The turbo 2.0-liter engine is serving with sufficient power here allowing enough to merge onto highways without issue. The 2.5-liter engine also seems quite well but not as good as expectation of the customers. Though the 2018 Envision drives well on the highway roads, its response to curves is unsettled and ponderous. Its suspension is soft but not too plush, so it can be hustled confidently down a winding road. The lack of all-wheel drive in the base trims can be proved a hassle for the drivers.Conclusively, we can say that the car will not be able to give a full fledge wonderful driving experience and performance but it does cosset reasonably well.
2) Luxury Interior
The Buick Envision SUV 2018’s interior is not disappointing, the design and materials are up to entry-level luxury car standards. The space offered is decent for five where its front relaxing seats along with its eight-way power-adjustable including lumbar adjustment are adding more value to the worthiness. The base trim’s interior is wrapped up with the cloth and synthetic leather while leather material marked its place in the Premium and Premium II.
In terms of forward visibility, all seems well while the rear visibility with thick rear roof pillars will be effortful. The narrowness inside the car is the other spoiler which is not a common problem in the competitors. The wide expanse of fake wood is something that can’t be count in materials used for the luxurious SUV.
3) Athlectic Exterior
The designer made a nice effort by making the design, clone to the competitors. A signature chrome waterfall grille and sharp chrome accents combined with dynamic lines with head-turning elegance can be result in the elevating expectation from the customers. The luxury SUV though didn’t manufacture in the US market but its bold athletic exterior is capable of being sold here.
4) Reliable Safety
The safety regulator, IIHS granted it a Top Safety Pick tag due its Driver Confidence Package but what can be the criticized move here is the availability of this special package at the extra cost in the premium level too. This uncompetitive move can let down the SUV as most of the rival provides these essential safety facilities as standard features in the top class trim and if they avail them as option than that is at low cost.
To back you with safety features it offers Cameras, ultrasonic sensors and radars around the vehicle to help keep you aware of your surroundings in the Driver Confidence Package. The Federal examiners cautioned to-be-customers about its rollover and frontal crash protection by rating the parameter with four stars.
5) Not your average family SUV
By reviewing the above parameter we can say that the Buick Envision SUV 2018 has nothing to highlight in the class of luxury SUV but one who is interested can adopt the turbocharged 2.0-liter trims which will offer enough for the paid amount. In comparison to others the Acura RDX and Volvo XC60 are the crossovers available at the similar price but Audi Q5 or BMW X3 are ahead of it in price and overall performance point of view
