Mind concentration bahut jaruri hai –

Dekhiye aap apne responsibility se bhaag nahi sakte. Aapko apne life me har ek role play karna padega. Aapko family bhi dekhni padegi aur uske sath sath office ke kaam bhi dekhne padenge.

Agar aap ek female working professional hai then aapko apna office dekhna padega aur family bhi dekhni padegi. Matlab saaf hai ki time management hii ek aisa process hai jisko apply kar ke aap apne life ke har ek field ko daily time de paayenge.

Ab iske liye aapke mind ka concentration bahut jaruri hai. Aap jis time jo kaam kar rahe hai bas uus kaam par apna concentration banaye rakhe, dusre kaam pe haath naa de. Jab wo kaam pura ho jaaye phir dusre kaam ke liye badhe.

Lekin aisa nahi ho pata. Humara mind kisi ek kaam par concentrate nahi kar pata aur hum ek kaam ko karte karte dusre kaam par hath dete hai. Aur iss se humare dono kaam thik se nahi ho paate, aur phir puraa plan fail ho jata hai.

Actually hota ye hai ki jab hum kisi ek kaam par lage hote hai tou hume distractions bahut aate hai, lekin hume apna mindset kuch iss tarah se develop karna padega ki hum ek time pe sirf ek kaam ko kare. Aur iske liye hume apne mind ke concentration power ko develop karna padega.

Mind concentration kaise badhaye?

Mind concentration badhane ke liye aapko kisi capsule ki koi jarurat nahi hai. Bas aapko itna dhyan rakhna hai ki ek time pe aap jo kaam kar rahe hai, sirf uus kaam par dhyan dijiye, uus par focus kijiye and baaki ke distractions ko ignore kijiye. Jab wo kaam puraa ho jaaye tou dusre kaam par hath dijiye. Better result ke liye aap time table banaye aur kaamo ko chhote-chhote hisso me baat de.

Time table banaye, ek din me sab kuch nahi hoga –

Aap ek din me apne saare सप्ताह का काम नहीं कर सकते | इस से आपका काम भी ठीक से नहीं होगा और आप परेशान हो जाएंगे | Sochiye aaj sunday hai aur aane waale week me aapko electric bill pay karna hai, gas booking karna hai, bachho ke school ke fees dene ke liye school jana hai, ghar ka A.C. thik karana hai, market se shopping karna hai, aur aise bahut se kaam aapko aane waal week me karna hai.

Ab agar aap ye sochenge ki aap sab kuch ek din me kar lenge tou ye aap galat soch rahe hai. Ek time table banaye aur aane waale week ke saare task ko har din ke hisab se divide kar le like –

  • monday – electric bill
  • tuesday – school visit
  • wednesday – A.C. repair
  • etc. etc.

Waise aaj kal ye sab kuch online booking hote hai, lekin maine samjhane ke liye example diya hai! Main khud iss tips ko follow karta hu aur har Sunday plan kar leta hu ki aane waale week me kya karna hai.

Ye tip main apne madam cum friend se sikha hai jo ek bade IT sector me kaam karti hai aur jinka office timing hai 2 pm se 9 pm tak. Wo apne saare kaamo ko isi tarah sunday plan kar leti thhi aur jarurat padne par wo subah 11 baje sidha ghar se nikal jaati thhi. Apne ghar ke saare kaam karne ke baad wo office attain karti thhi.

Exercise, break ya phir relaxation bahut jaruri hai –

Dosto aap iss duniya me sirf kaam karne ke liye nahi aaye hai. Aur agar aapko lagta hai ki aap sirf kaam karne ke liye aaye hai aur sara kaam aap akele ek din me kar denge tou aapka health (mental+physical) aane waale future me kharab tou hoga aur uske sath sath aap kabhi apne kaam ko sahi se nahi kar paayenge.

Mentally aap inn bimariyo ka shikar ho sakte hai –

  • stress
  • anxiety
  • mood splitting
  • anger, tension

Aur physically aap inn bimariyo ka shikar ho sakte hai –

  • obesity, weigh gain
  • dark circles under eyes
  • eye problems (if you are a computer savvy)

Chahe wo railway engine ho ya phir ghoda (horse); har koi break leta hai. Thik usi tarah aapko bhi kaam ke beech me break lena hai.

Agar aap time management me maahir hona chahte hai tou har kaam ko chhote-chhote hisso me baate aur har kaam ke beech me break le. Iss se aapka mind fresh and active rahega aur aap har kaam ko asaani se kar paayenge.

Quick tips –

  • roz subah morning walk kare (agar subah nahi ho pata hai tou office jaate ya aate waqt thoda walk kar le)
  • din me 10 minutes yoga kare
  • cigarette or drink ko avoid kare (coffee limit me le sakte hai)
  • break me apne paas ek earphone/headphone rakhe aur apne favorite songs play kare
  • mind ko relax karne ke liye aap green tea le sakte hai
  • weekend me swimming/running kare (it is 100 times better than gym)
