Hair transplant in India: A case study

Hair loss is a difficult experience for everyone. It can cause a slew of social and mental problems. True, we all lose some hair on a daily basis, and 60-100 strands a day is considered normal. However, if the number of strands exceeds this threshold, it could indicate the beginnings of hair loss.

We offer sophisticated hair loss treatment at an affordable cost at Regrow hair clinic, one of the best hair transplant clinics in Haridwar, India. Dr. Ankur Singhal, a prominent hair transplant surgeon in India, is the co-founder of Regrow hair clinic.

The purpose of this article is to discuss two intriguing case studies that the team came across.

One of our clients, a 25-year-old patient (who does not desire to be identified) is the subject. This patient had grade 7 hair loss, which is a severe hair loss in which most of the scalp is bald. Other than the backside of the head, the patient may go completely bald. Following a thorough examination, we determined that it was a case of androgenetic alopecia grade 7 hair loss.

In patients with baldness in India, androgenetic alopecia is one of the most common reasons for hair loss. Hair loss begins in the crown or hairline and spreads throughout the scalp.

It was difficult to extract healthy hair follicles from the patient’s scalp because he didn’t have much hair. As a result, our doctor recommended FUE hair treatment, which involves plucking hair follicles from the beard. Follicular unit extraction (FUE) is a hair transplant technique that involves removing individual hair follicles from your skin and transplanting them to an area of your body where hair is weaker or non-existent.

Our doctor implanted 6000-7000 hair grafts during a hair transplant procedure. Post-surgery, the patient received full head coverage with the freshly transplanted hair when the treatment was completed.

Following the surgical procedure, our doctor instructed the patient to follow post-operative instructions such as taking drugs as directed, avoiding blood-thinning medications for a few days, avoiding heat and vigorous exercise for the following few days, and caring for the scalp.

The freshly implanted hair follicles initially fell out of the scalp, but after a few months, they are regenerated. Implanted hair completely covered the hairless scalp. As a result, the patient was pleased with his treatment.

The experts from the Regrow clinic came across one more very interesting case. Mr. Ajay visited regrow clinic, one of India’s top hair transplant clinics. Because of his baldness, the patient had been wearing hair wigs for three years. Mr. Ajay was quite concerned about his hair loss, causing him a great deal of anxiety. At regrow clinic, our hair transplant surgeon spoke with the patient and conducted various tests.

Mr. Ajay suffered from androgenetic alopecia, often known as grade 7 baldness. As a result, our doctor performed a FUE hair transplant on the patient. Before the treatment, we made sure the patient understood everything there was to know about FUE hair transplantation and its cost.

Our hair transplant surgeon took 1475 grafts from the patient’s beard and implanted them in the balding crown region of the scalp during the procedure. The procedure went off without a hitch, and the patient was delighted.

Examination and physical tests like  Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), Human immunodeficiency viruses(HIV), and Complete blood picture (CBP) were conducted.

After the surgery, our hair transplant specialist advised the patient to rest for a few days. In addition, the patient was given several drugs to help with infection prevention and recovery.

Mr. Ajay was also given some post-operative instructions, including not touching the transplanted hair follicles. We also requested that the patient attend all of his follow-up sessions so that our expert could assess his recovery and hair development.

Because he had no experience with hair transplants, the patient claims he was apprehensive when he initially arrived at regenerate. On the other hand, the doctor took his time and explained the procedure to him in great detail. And now that he’s had his hair transplanted, he’s delighted with the results. The doctor made sure he was comfortable throughout the surgery. He expresses his gratitude to regrow for this turnaround and praises the quality of their job.
